About Global Technology Infrastructure
Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) is the technology infrastructure organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of products and services, and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of GTI is to balance business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services. GTI is designed to address the unique infrastructure needs of specific lines of business and the demand to leverage economies of scale across the firm.
The Organization Development team is responsible for enabling leaders and teams in the GTI organization to drive the GTI Transformation. We are focusing on Junior Talent, Diversity & Inclusion as well as Manager Effectiveness. The team partners with all departments across GTI to drive organisational change programs and continuous improvement.
Individual role description
GTI is looking for a Change Management Lead with experience executing change across large scale organizations at all levels:
Lead organizational change activity across an organization of 6000 people
Bring industry knowledge and best practice and share with core team and broader change agent network
Design and implement structure and roadmap for change across GTI
How do we get the best out of the change agents we have in the organization
Promoting adoption of principles and practices to build high performing teams, effective leadership at all levels – coaching them along on the change journey
Partner and drive the in-region people programs including Diversity and inclusion, Junior Talent, learning, manager effectiveness and all things Advancing You
Communicating the change journey to a wide array of stakeholders in an effective and innovative way – ability to put yourself in the other persons shoes
Teach and coach change management practices and values within the organization – it will not be one size fits all but we will also need an element of consistency
Influencing change at all levels both within and external to GTI
Inspiring adoption of the change management journey through strong face to face, written and creative communication channels
Running and facilitating meet ups, workshops and training
Desired experience for the role
Significant experience working with organizational leadership and teams to help them understand change
Experience and understanding of challenges scaling programs across large organizations
Deep knowledge and passion for all things people based
A strong communicator at all organisation levels – able to demonstrate the self-awareness to change message depending on audience and be flexible to accommodate varying levels of experience/knowledge/engagement
Experience and passion for working with the following areas: manager effectiveness, junior talent, learning, culture and change management.
Ability to mobilize talent in the organization to implement programs
Experience connecting with people at all levels of the organization to build a picture / create a point in time and tell stories
Exhibits a deep-passion for continuous learning and seeks to provide knowledge gained throughout the entire organization, beyond the team and line of business, can facilitate classes and workshops
