The RealReal Assistant Manager of Store Maintenance in New York, New York

As a luxury retailer, we strive to maintain high standards in our retail environment. Under direction of the Store Operations Manager, the Store Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for but not limited to general shopkeeping of the retail store. All facets of housekeeping, general handyman, maintenance, and snow removal.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily housekeeping duties

  • Dusting

  • Vacuuming

  • Mopping

  • Bathroom maintenance

  • Snow removal during season

  • General handyman work

  • Installing shelves

  • Hanging up boards

  • Replacing door hardware

  • Coordinating trash removal and pick up

  • Facilitator of pest control

  • Replacing light bulbs

  • General cleanliness of the location

  • Oversee a small team of housekeepers


  • 1-2 years of housekeeping

  • General handyman knowledge

Physical Demands/Environmental

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs

  • Ability to work nights and weekends
