KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Audit Marketing organization.


  • Lead tactical development of content to support Audit's quality/innovation marketing program by creating engaging and impactful external and internal facing marketing materials for brand and proposal efforts

  • Work directly with key Audit Innovation leaders and other stakeholders to develop and execute marketing programs that support Audit quality/innovation

  • Position and differentiate KPMG Audit and associated innovation initiatives

  • Collaborate with key Audit leaders and other stakeholders to develop and execute necessary approaches

  • Track, monitor and report on the status of audit innovation marketing campaigns effectiveness utilizing leading practices and key performance indicators


  • Minimum of ten years of experience in content marketing and strategy as well as editorial management

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; preferably a Master's degree

  • Experience in the development of content architecture, including demonstrable, proven results of short and long term impact of content strategy and plans

  • Writing and editorial experience in online media, content management, and content strategy; Journalism or other publishing experience with strong editorial judgment/management

  • Experience with print and digital content creation and management where mobile content was a key deliverable

  • Proven track record as an agent of change and/or experience working in an external or internal consulting capacity to help transform organizations and implement the latest best practices
