Permanent position: Facilities Engineer needed for a full-time opportunity in the New York, NY area. The ideal candidate will have experience with facilities and maintenance management experience of building mechanical and electrical systems. Apply now for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities for the Facilities Engineer

• Operation, maintenance and repair of the physical plant (chiller, HVAC, electrical, plumbing).

• Responsible for HVAC and electrical systems repair and maintenance.

• Monitoring and management of the BMS (Building Management System).

Requirements for the Facilities Engineer

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering is preferred with 5 years' experience in facilities and/or engineering management, maintenance and operation of similarbuildings is required.

• Experience with electrical services, distribution systems and emergency power systems.

• Knowledge of chiller plants, plant operation and water treatment systems as well as electrical infrastructure, distribution equipment and emergency power systems.

• Ability to work Sunday to Thursday 10:00 am-6:00 pm.
