KPMG is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Global Service Centre, Tax team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the discovery, development and execution of high priority strategic business initiatives and programs within the U.S. Tax practice in areas such as: Talent Strategy, Innovation, New Service Offering Development, Market Development and Industries and other general business strategy and operations programs

  • Support client engagement teams and other non-tax stakeholders in the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of complex engagements

  • Monitor project progress and managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs

  • Track key performance indicators and create reports and presentations to be delivered to relevant clients and/or stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of Project Management, Business modeling, Management Consulting, experience; preferably in a professional services and client service environment

  • Minimum of five years of Organizational development, Process improvement, Tax, Strategy and Operations experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a business field from an accredited college or university and PMP Certification required; Master's degree, CPA, Lean Six Sigma Certification or JD a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent organizational, presentation, communication and meeting facilitation skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project highly desired

  • Able to travel up to twenty-five percent annually
