What You’ll Get to Do:

As part of PNA HQ Digital Demand Center, the Digital Marketing Manager acts as a stakeholder-facing account manager, planning and executing on digital marketing campaigns for a diverse set of business units across all digital channels including website, marketing automation platform, social.

Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels

  • Manage digital marketing activities as a digital account manager for two or more PNA business units, working directly with BU stakeholders to gather requirements, develop execution plan, coordinate internal and external resources

  • Determines and drives design and execute digital engagement strategies. Analyze online customer behavior to identify trends that can be used to drive growth and maximize exposure. Determine return measures for digital marketing projects to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns for stakeholder set of diverse business units from concept to execution

  • Plan and map out digital campaigns with stakeholders based on business requirements and marketing objectives

  • Work with team members across various functional areas of Digital Demand Center, HQ marketing team, agencies, etc

  • Track, report and optimize all campaigns on regular cadence

  • Is recognized as an expert in own area within organization. Has specialized depth a/o breadth of expertise in own discipline or function. Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices. Solves complex problems, takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. May lead functional teams or projects. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

  • Determines methods and procedures of new projects

Web & SEO

  • Drive web and SEO strategy with stakeholders

  • Optimize SEO across all digital channels

  • Recommend and manage SEM campaigns

  • Manage priorities with internal teams a/o external agencies

  • Ensure optimal user experience of associated website areas/pages to drive engagement and conversions

Nurture campaigns

  • Plan and map out nurture and demand gen campaigns with stakeholders through marketing automation platform (Marketo)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and strong call to actions

  • Conduct A/B testing, conversion tests to optimize user experience and campaign results

Reporting

  • Determine key metrics and business outcome focused KPIs

  • Track digital marketing campaigns performance

  • Provide value add analysis to stakeholders on a regular cadence

Advise stakeholders and internal teams on optimization areas

What You’ll Bring:

Education & Experience :

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or web development or related field

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing at least 8 years

  • Demonstrative experience leading and managing SEO/SEM

  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics)

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. SQL a plus

  • Solid knowledge and familiarity with marketing automation platforms
